Turn repetitive work into automated systems.

Most small business hours are lost to manual copy-paste. We identify repetitive digital work and replace it with automated systems—spreadsheet pipelines, data scrapers, and software integrations that finally talk to each other.

Scope your project Ask a question // starts with a workflow audit, not a tool purchase
Who this is for

Stop paying your staff to re-key data.

Your team spends hours retyping data between different systems manually.

You maintain pricing in a spreadsheet that has to be copied to your site every time.

You need to collect pricing or inventory data from competitor sites continuously.

You have two software platforms that do not talk to each other at all.

Inquiries get lost because lead capture and CRM tracking are disconnected.

You want to turn raw files (Excel, CSV) into structured web content without coding.

What you get

Automation pipelines that save time and prevent errors.

Automation / Audit

Workflow audit

  • Detailed documentation of current manual digital tasks
  • Time-cost analysis mapping hours lost to repetitive tasks
  • Prioritized automation roadmap ranked by implementation ROI
  • Tool evaluation (Zapier, n8n, custom scripting)
  • Security and data-privacy assessment
Automation / Code

Spreadsheet-to-web pipelines

  • Python scripts to process Excel or CSV data files
  • Template mapping to convert spreadsheets to HTML/JSON
  • Automatic updates triggered by file changes
  • Structured version tracking and recovery backups
  • Simple user controls for non-technical staff
Automation / Data

Data scraping & collection

  • Playwright-based scrapers (handles dynamic JavaScript pages)
  • Data extraction saved to CSV, JSON, or databases
  • Scheduled runs with email or slack updates
  • Competitive pricing and inventory monitoring
  • Audit records to verify scraped datasets
Automation / Integrations

API & systems integration

  • Connecting WordPress/CRM to marketing systems
  • E-commerce-to-accounting mappings (WooCommerce, QuickBooks)
  • API connector configuration and testing
  • Custom error alerting to catch api failures
  • Handover documentation and data maps
How it works

We map the process before writing code.

Automating a broken process only creates automated mess. We fix the flow first.

1

Audit

Session to document current manual workflows and their exact pain points.

2

Design

Map out the data flow between tools, confirming APIs and files.

3

Script

Build the script, configure webhook triggers, and connect platforms.

4

Verify

Run tests in a staging workspace to ensure no data is corrupted or lost.

5

Guardrail

Configure script error reporting so you are alerted if systems disconnect.

6

Handover

Set up scheduling (cron jobs) and deliver simple documentation to your team.

Why this is different

Automation isn't about buying new software. It's about making your existing tools talk to each other.

This work is built on 15 years of technical problem solving, from writing Python scripts that cut page update cycles at OpenText from hours to minutes, to designing complex order integration pipelines between BigCommerce and NetSuite at InMusic.

We do not lock you into high-cost software subscriptions. We build lightweight, maintainable integrations that run automatically, saving you hours of labor and preventing human copy-paste errors.

Entry point

Audit & roadmap

Get a clear audit of where time is being lost, and the steps to automate it.

  • Manual task documentation
  • Time-cost analysis
  • Automation options report
  • Prioritized implementation path
Most common Mid-tier

Single pipeline build

Automate one primary bottleneck, such as spreadsheet-to-web syncing.

  • Everything in the Entry tier
  • Custom Python/Zapier pipeline
  • Data validation configuration
  • Staff handover guidelines
Full engagement

Systems integration

For organizations looking to connect all digital platforms and databases.

  • Everything in the Mid-tier
  • Multi-system API connection
  • Custom error reporting dashboard
  • Ongoing maintenance retainer

Automation project builds are quoted at a fixed price once the data endpoints are mapped. Ongoing support or iteration runs at our blended hourly rate of $250.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do we need to buy expensive software?
No. We focus on lightweight custom scripts or using the free/standard tiers of existing automation platforms (like Zapier, n8n, Make) to keep your monthly operational overhead as close to zero as possible.
What happens if a script breaks?
Every script or pipeline we build is equipped with error handling. If a third-party API goes down or changes, the script halts securely and triggers an email or Slack alert so the issue can be fixed immediately without silent data loss.
Can my non-technical staff run these automation pipelines?
Yes. We build simple user interfaces, spreadsheet triggers, or file upload bins so that your staff can initiate or monitor pipelines without ever needing to look at a line of code.
How secure is the data movement?
Highly secure. We configure all integrations to run over encrypted HTTPS connections, store authorization keys as secure server-side environment variables, and verify that only the required data is transmitted.
